I was in your shoes 16 years ago! I desperately wanted to work from home which was very unusual at the time. I achieved this goal in 2006 when I was pregnant with my second child. I was able to be home with both my kids as they grew. When they both went into high school, I realized my next goal of working from anywhere (being a digital nomad). Now I can travel and work from any place I want, attend all of my kids' events, and take vacations with them. I have a great income and great benefits.
